Rugged line of 3/4″ -3/4″ & 3/4″ – 1″ MNPT pH & ORP sensors for in-line and standpipe applications. Available in slurry / viscous, sulphide, high temperature, cyanide, organic applications and many other difficult process applications. IPI sensors are manufactured in the US and their high quality ensures they are unsurpassed in any mining applications.

Overview
IPI-ASTI Probes offer unique solutions for process measurement problems:

  • Best reference lifetime in process industry through nonporous cross linked conductive polymer
  • Rugged industrial grade sensors can operate in a temperature range from -30 to 150 degrees Centigrade
  • Application Specific pH glasses service processes such as such as acid/fluoride, saturated sodium, ultrapure water, cyanide, sulfide, high / ultra high temperature, slurry/viscous materials, paper and pulp
  • Each standard sensor selection and/or special sensor design are based upon customer application information
  • Wide range of plastic housing configuration from inexpensive CPVC/PVC, General Purpose RYTON, to the extremely chemically & thermally resistant UltemTM (PEI) and PEEK

Instruments with preamplifiers are supplied with the
appropriate internal temperature compensation, solution ground & integrated
(embedded) OEM compatible high-impedance CMOS operational amplifiers
(a.k.a. preamplifiers).  Not that some manufacturers can support
sensors with or without preamplifiers on the same meter.  Appropriate
sensor hook-up schematics are provided with each sensor, and can
be found this web site.
